Brief:
Wingzing's owners had noticed the success of multi-flavoured chicken wings in America and wanted to bring it to the UK. They needed help creating a name, identity and all the branding elements. As the main product was fried chicken, they wanted to make sure that the brand would not be seen as a run-of-the-mill fried chicken takeaway.
Solution:
We created a name that communicated the product USP, which was the strong zingy flavours. We finally decided on a a very unorthodox and edgy looking chicken that would grab public attention and differentiate the brand from any competitors. The unique scratchy font and immediacy of the strapline helped create a very striking identity.
