Brief:
Before we came along, Signatures Restaurant was North Wales' best kept secret. Our job was to turn the Signatures brand into a high-end restaurant brand that was synonymous with fine dining and one that everybody in the area was aware of. A website was also needed to position Signatures as the place to eat in North Wales. It needed to show the attention to detail and pride that the owners had in their food and service.
Solution:
We developed a sophisticated and luxurious brand identity based on the interior design of the restaurant. Rich browns, contemporary creams and a classic typeface created the perfect impression of Signatures. We invested heavily in photography, building a library of enticing images, which were later used in various forms across several media channels. Advertising campaigns based on glowing feedback from diners was published across two regional newspapers to hugely successful results. Each advert was given its own unique telephone number with the results measured using statistics from call tracking.
We created a website that would appeal to not only locals in Conwy but also draw in people from the whole of North West UK. We created an atmosphere using the luxury of the interior wallpaper pattern and rich photography. Upcoming events and offers were featured on the home page to ensure the plush look was balanced with the buzz of a vibrant and social restaurant.
