Brief:
Redwood had some fantastic properties that were not being marketed in their best light. The quality and attention to detail in their homes did not show in any of the literature and as a result sales were suffering. Thanks to a grant by NESTA they now had the budget to make improvements.
The Redwood Homes logo needed updating, brochure and leaflets producing and a website that reflected their new look brand as well asw supporting their offline marketing.
Solution:
Their existing logo used an image of a Redwood tree but the shape looked clumsy and unrefined. We redrew the tree and sat it in silhouette against a sunrise over a hill. We chose a sans-serif font and spaced out the characters for elegance but used uppercase letters to give a solid feel.
Our in-house photographer visited the properties and took a varied mixture of images, capturing the beauty of the property and its finer details. These were then used in a 12-page printed brochure. We also created a very simple 7-page website with a premium feel. We ensured that all the key information was provided on the home page, including 'request a brochure', 'price', 'showroom opening times' and 'special offers'.
