Brief:
Barburrito needed to update their website to be in line with the new branding. The site plan needed to remain similar to their previous one, with additional changes to improve functionality and interactivity of the site and reflect the brand values. Visually they required a site which was vibrant, fun, fresh, authentic, light-hearted and quirky.
Solution:
Using the new style of branding, we combined bright imagery and colours to reflect the fun, quirky brand values, and the intense flavours of the food. We combined this with a simple and easy to navigate layout.
Small elements of flash were used to animate the home page, and draw extra attention to ‘Derek’s Deals’, a key selling point to the site. We used a humorous copy style, to provide a lighthearted tone to talk to the audience and tie in with the brand values.
