Mark Stringer
Creative Director
Mark has long-term experience of working for both big and small clients.
His past clients included Playstation, River Island, Littlewoods and Liverpool FC.
However in 2003 he set up his own successful design agency catering for SME's.
It's this understanding of clients needs that led to the formation of ahoy in 2007
an agency that would seamlessly marry digital and marketing expertise.
Cate Hatton
Account Manager
Cate has over five years experience as an account manager after
working at a number of well known advertising and design agencies.
She has worked on a variety of large and small accounts including Toyota,
Odeon, Motorola, Countryside Properties and Nestle.
Matthew Hill
Lead Creative
Matthew graduated form Nottingham Trent University in 2005 and promptly
used his graphic design talent to travel the world for a year! On returning to the UK he
joined an agency in Nottingham working with clients such as Showcase Cinemas, Experience
Nottingham, Midland Mainline Trains and BMI, before finally joining ahoy.
Terence Burridge
Lead Web Developer
Originally a graduate from UMIST in Manchester, Terence subsequently joined an agency
down south where he worked as lead developer for a mix of clients in the insurance
sector including AXA. He developed a passion for ecommerce and back office systems,
whilst keeping a close eye on building for search engines, before finally returning
back North to join the team at ahoy.
Chloe Baker
Account Manager
Chloe Baker has a strong advertising background and has managed a wide variety of projects across
digital and print for a range of clients; The Environment Agency, The NWDA, Visit Chester and Cheshire,
Orbit Property Developments and Science in Sport.
Keith Finnegan
Graphic Designer
After completeing his studies back in 2004, Keith worked for a number
of design agencies in and around Manchester, producing top notch work for clients such
as Nolan Redshaw, UK Greetings, HBOS plc and Tibard. He's also freelanced, producing
artwork for bands and record labels in Manchester.
David Jackson
Graphic Designer
David graduated from Liverpool John Moores in 2007 and moved down to
London to work for a prestigious branding agency in Mayfair. Returning home he worked for
an environmental design agency in Chester before joining ahoy in early 2009. David has
worked for clients such as Scottish Power, The National Trust and BP, as well as having
a keen interest in photography and illustration.
Dan Herd
Web Developer
In just 3 years Dan has gained a colossal amount of knowledge and experience for an array of clients.
He has managed a range of digital projects from simple brochure websites through to bespoke eCommerce systems.
He has also managed digital campaigns across both PPC and organic SEO.
